Infrastructure for travel distribution.
Ipponsoft builds the layer between travel suppliers and the businesses that sell them. ApiXV is our travel supply platform.
Why we exist
Fragmented supply is an engineering problem.
Destination management companies hold some of the most interesting inventory in travel: local contracts, allocations that never reach the wholesale pool, and properties that are not listed anywhere else.
They are also fragmented by nature. Thousands of operators, each with a different system and a different idea of what a hotel record looks like. Integrating twenty of them directly means twenty integrations and twenty mapping problems.
APIXV exists to make that a single integration — one identifier scheme, one booking lifecycle, one API — over supply that is genuinely worth distributing.
How we work
Four things we hold to.
Specific over superlative
Anyone can claim the best data quality. We would rather tell you that one UID represents one property across every supplier, and let you verify it.
One integration, not four
Every vertical we add reuses the same identifiers, authorisation and booking lifecycle. Your integration should not be rebuilt because we shipped something new.
Supply worth having
Reselling the same wholesale pool as everyone else is not a product. Direct DMC relationships are harder to build and worth more to distribute.
Small team, direct access
Integration questions reach the people who wrote the endpoint. That does not scale forever, and we will keep it as long as we can.
Working with suppliers
If you are a destination management company with supply you would like distributed — or a hotel group looking for a route to market — we would like to hear from you.
