Who we are

Ipponsoft B.V. (“Ipponsoft”, “we”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at support@apixv.com or at De Linie 574, 4th floor, Apeldoorn, Netherlands.

What we collect

We collect personal data in exactly two situations:

  • When you request a sandbox key. Your name, work email address and company name. If you complete the optional follow-up, we also collect your role, your expected request volume, the verticals you are interested in and any notes you write.
  • When you use the contact form. Your name, work email address, optionally your company, the topic you select and the message you write.

We do not collect payment details on this website, and we do not ask for special categories of personal data.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your details solely to respond to your request — to issue sandbox credentials, to answer your question, or to discuss commercial terms you have asked about. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and, where you have asked for access to our services, the steps necessary before entering into a contract.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your details for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which pages are visited. No cookies are set, no cross-site identifiers are created, and individual visitors are not profiled or tracked between sites. This is why you are not asked to accept cookies.

Who processes your data

  • A form processing provider receives form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
  • A content delivery network serves this website and processes server logs, including IP addresses, for security and delivery.
  • An analytics provider processes aggregated, non-identifying usage data.

These providers act on our instructions under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards apply.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and sandbox requests are retained for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, and are deleted when they are no longer relevant.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, correction of it, erasure of it, restriction of processing, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email support@apixv.com and we will respond within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly you may complain to your local supervisory authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS and stores no personal data itself — it is a set of static files. Form submissions are transmitted directly to our processor over an encrypted connection.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change, and will revise the date at the top when we do.
