Terms of service
Last updated 31 August 2026
1. These terms
These terms govern your use of this website and, where you hold credentials, the ApiXV API operated by Ipponsoft B.V.. Commercial use of the API is additionally governed by the written agreement between us.
2. Access and credentials
API access requires credentials issued by us. Sandbox credentials are provided for development and testing; production credentials are issued separately once an integration has been certified.
You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Keys must not be embedded in client-side code, published in public repositories, or shared outside your organisation. Tell us immediately if a key may have been exposed.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- exceed agreed rate limits or request volumes, or attempt to circumvent them;
- use the API to build a competing supply aggregation product;
- store or redistribute content beyond what your agreement permits;
- attempt to interfere with the integrity or performance of the service.
4. Identifiers
Identifiers returned by the API are temporary. They are not intended for long-term storage or external caching, and may change. We are not liable for issues arising from persisting them contrary to the documentation.
5. Bookings and supply
Bookings made through the API are subject to the terms and cancellation policies of the underlying supplier. We surface those policies but do not set them.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to maintain backwards compatibility within a major API version and to announce breaking changes and deprecations in advance. Any service level commitments are those set out in your written agreement with us.
7. Fees
Fees, included volumes and overage rates are those set out in your written agreement. Pricing published on this website is indicative and does not constitute an offer.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability is as set out in your written agreement with us.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law, and the courts of the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction.
