Talk to the people who built it.
We are a small team. Integration questions reach an engineer rather than a ticket queue.

Common questions.
The things integrators ask most often, answered from the documentation.
The Authorization header must be the word ApiKey, a space, then the token — for example "ApiKey myuser_demo_AXV…". Check every character was copied, and that the key matches the environment you are calling. A sandbox key will not authorise against production.
Reporting a problem
Include the environment, the full request URL with parameters, the UIDs involved and the timestamp. If a booking is affected, include your client_reference — that is the fastest route to the right record.
Email support@apixv.com. Never send us your API key.
Ship travel supply in days, not quarters.
Get a sandbox key and make your first availability call this week.
